Dr. Miller, founder and chairman, has amassed a very impressive leadership team with people like Ed Ayala – President and CEO, who brings over 18 years of proven network marketing experience, leading sales organizations for Primerica Financial Services and was an integral part of growing Primerica into a 7 billion dollar premier network marketing giant.
The remaining members of the team are equally qualified and have extensive experience in a variety of fields that are beneficial to leading this company to the top. The compensation plan is built on a binary plan where you have two legs and are paid on the lesser leg. I personally don’t like this because it is more advantages to the company than to the distributors. However, having said that, there are a lot of aspects to this compensation plan that make it unique in the Network Marketing industry.
Bellamora has most of the elements of domination. The one caveat is the area of marketing. Here, they fall down a bit, in my opinion.
Some of the old ways of marketing are still effective, but, any company that wants to dominate the market, will have to develop sound marketing strategies for the Internet. Anyone who wants to blow the top off of Bellamora or any other MLM must learn how to market on the Internet
If this company can figure out how to do that, they will dominate with out a doubt!
